NWRA's Research and Evaluation programs have a solid and extensive track record of successfully fulfilling research and evaluation responsibilities. Specifically, our Research and Evaluation
professional staff are experienced and expert in:
- Overall evaluation design and execution of process and outcome evaluations
- Working with program administrators and staff to identify important elements leading to processes and outcomes at both intermediate and end-stage outcome levels
- Design piloting and implementation of survey instruments, inventories and questionnaires for both quantitative and qualitative studies
- Design and implementation of effective, timely and accurate data collection protocols, including both survey administration and key informant interviewing
- Extracting data from pre-existing sources via hardcopy review and electronic search
- Completing follow-up contacts with respondents (data providers) at a high rate of return
- Acting as liaison between multiple program sites and as cross-site evaluators
- Merging and linking data from multiple sources via rigorous sampling methodologies
- Managing Human Research Review Board applications effectively and expeditiously
- Accurate and timely data analysis practices incorporating both standard and innovative methods
- Effective reporting of findings and results through written reports and verbal presentations designed for both professional and lay audiences
